I just bought this earphone and started using yesterday. The design is really nice, but the sound quality is horrible. It feels like you have mute on and can barely hear the music even with max volume.
There is a remote control built in the mic. Whenever I hold it by pressing it down the sound quality goes from horrible to awesome. However, I need to keep holding it to keep the sound quality at awesome. Whenever I stop pressing the remote the sound quality drops to horrible immediately. I have send Radius an email yesterday and still haven't heard anything. I am giving a 4 * because hopefully I am missing something because the sound quality is so good when the remote is pressed. Otherwise, it is the worst earphone I ever bought.
