The Future looks Bright, with Cleaner Light!

In its quest to provide electronic products that are environmentally sound, Sanyo brings you its Eneloop Solar Light– a portable, multi-function solar cell battery that chiqtech.com highly recommends!

Tap into solar power where you go! Equipped with Sanyo’s proprietary high-efficiency HIT solar cell, the Eneloop Solar Light promises to generate electrical power 100% clean from solar energy for you to use. It has a built-in rechargeable battery to store the electrical power generated from the sun!

The Sanyo Eneloop Solar Light has a built-in USB power port, allowing its internal battery with its stored solar energy to charge other drained compatible electronic devices. Its internal battery can store enough energy to charge a cell phone battery once.

It’s ideal to use in remote locations without any AC power supply as well as the outdoors during a family outing or camping out with friends!

It can be used also as a lamplight or a flashlight, just perfect in case of an emergency, such as a blackout or any natural calamity.

The Sanyo Eneloop Solar Light has a bright LED “panel light” that can be used as a lamp light for small spaces, bedrooms or tent interiors. The lighting pattern for the ‘panel light’ has three levels: 9 lights (full light), 5 lights, and 1 light — settings to conserve energy at your discretion.

Or you can use its LED ‘beam light’ as a flashlight to light your way or illuminate a certain distant dim area.

Its water-proof, “splash resistant” so you can cart it over a creek or through a spring shower safely.

The Sanyo Eneloop Solar Light also includes an AC adaptor to be able to charge from a regular AC power supply. It also has a shoulder strap which allows you to shoulder the appliance or let it hang from any secure fixture.

The Sanyo Eneloop Solar Light is available in Japan by October 10, 2008. Please keep tuned to news of it coming to an electronic store near you!
