Hello? Mother Earth Calling YOU–HELP!
Mother Earth is calling for help and Samsung makes you take the call, guilt-free!
chiqtech.com applauds electronics and mobile phone manufacturer Samsung for making the effort to develop more eco-friendly and renewable materials for their mobile phones, other than regular plastic produced from petroleum.
Last month, Samsung introduces three mobile phone types; the W510, F268 and the E200 Eco, all designed from bioplastic—a type of plastic made from natural, renewable sources such as vegetable oil and cornstarch.
For these mobile phones, no heavy metals; such as Lead, Mercury, and Cadmium, applied water-soluble coating and BFRs (Brominated Flame Retardant) or PVC were used during their manufacture.
Despite made of these natural materials; these Samsung eco-friendly phones are still fully functional.

Samsung’s new E200 Eco cell phone features a 1.3 megapixel camera and MP3 player functionality.
These products also are following the Energy Star standards, strict energy-efficiency guidelines set by the US Environmental Protection Agency and the US Department of Energy.
These Samsung eco-friendly mobile phones also come in packaging, made from recycled materials.
Since June, the W510 is available in the Korean market and F268 for the Chinese market while the E200 Eco will be available in Europe sometime next month. So please keep your eyes and ears open when these wonderful, nature-healthy mobile phones reach you!
